★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre peço nota fiscal paulista e sempre a mesma conversa, que só podem emitir na entrega do produto. Pois bem, cheguei 17:40 e tava quase fechado e ngm fez minha NF num serviço de 103 reais. Já a revelação é ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom e rápido. Variados serviços fotográficos com bons preços. Um dos últimos laboratórios de Sampa que ainda trabalha com filme fotográfico e chromo. O prédio parece estar desmontando de tão velho, mas o local é amplo e com estacionamento.
Good and fast service. Varied photographic services with good prices. One of the last laboratories of Sampa that still works with photographic film and chromo. The building seems to be taking apart from so old, but the location is ample and with parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam revelações de fotos antecipadas PROMETENDO que eu poderia usar quando quisesse. CONFIRMEI mais de uma vez com o vendedor a informação. Comprei um número grande de revelações só por isso e agora dizem que meu prazo venceu. Confiei na palavra deles na hora da venda, infelizmente não cumpriram. TENHAM CUIDADO!!
They sold advance photo prints PROMISING I could use it whenever I wanted. I CONFIRMED the information with the seller more than once. I bought a large number of revelations just for that and now they say my deadline has expired. I trusted their word at the time of the sale, unfortunately they didn't comply. BE CAREFUL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A revelação em sim é ótima mas o atendimento precisa ser melhorado e muito! Ninguém atende o telefone nem fixo nem celular. Não tem um sistema de pagamento online confiável, vc tem que enviar o número do seu cartão de crédito e senha, nada seguro esse método. Atendimento é feito como se estivesse fazendo um favor pro cliente. Com tanta gente precisando de emprego poderiam melhorar o atendimento. Só mando revelações pra esse laboratório por conta da proximidade, mas sabendo do nervoso no atendimento. Triste isso!
The revelation itself is great but the service needs to be improved a lot! Nobody answers the phone, landline or cell phone. There is no reliable online payment system, you have to send your credit card number and password, this method is not secure. Service is done as if you were doing a favor for the customer. With so many people in need of jobs, they could improve service. I only send revelations to this laboratory because of the proximity, but knowing how nervous the service is. That's sad!
