★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 22/01/2019, desde sexta dia 18/01/2019, tentando resolver o porque não tá passando uma determinada bandeira, Atendimento demorado , isso quando atende o telefone, porque segunda a mensagem, todos "capitães " estão ocupados, e quando atendem não resolvem . 4 dias em "atendimento" e nada de resolver. Empurram de um dia para outro.

Tem que pedir permissão pra ir no banheiro, atende um chamado em 2 segundos já quer que desliga pra atender o proximo, faz ligar pros telefones que cairam a ligação sendo que está uma fila grande.
Os donos da Cappta fingem não saberem da falta de educação. Não sabia que vagas de analista de suporte é telemarketing.
Call center boss rude.
