★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom , mas precário ao mesmo tempo, falta remédios, tem médico que no dia das consultas marcadas vai faltar, é não avisa com antecedência pelo menos logo de manhã .
muita gente acaba indo sem saber é quando está todo mundo lá e que o médico se lembra de ligar em cima da hora pra simplesmente avisar que não vêm !
As pessoas que vieram de longe, tem que voltar de baixo de um sol forte e com muita dificuldade , pessoas que perdem um dia de trabalho para levar seus parentes e gasto de dinheiro com Uber ,motoras e ônibus.

através dessa declaração quero expressar minha indignação com essa filha aqui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários tentam trabalhar da melhor forma possível dentro do que é fornecido. É uma unidade bastante carente, está sem psiquiatra há quase um ano, e ao que consta, a única psicóloga infelizmente adoeceu e está afastada.

Meu irmão é paciente no caps icoaraci, a família toda esta desempregada e o INSS negou o benefício a ele já tem mais de 1 ano! Mesmo recorrendo e com laudo médico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da rapidez do atendimento, os funcionários todos no seu horário na unidade, o vigilante que nos recebe muito educadamente, o Senhor da portaria tb muito solícito, nos ofereceu até café enquanto aguardávamos o atendimento e fora a atenção com que a Assistente Social do espaço nos recebeu e atendeu, uma escuta que é fora dos padrões de rotina dos demais espaços que já visitamos. Parabéns por toda equipe que ali dá o seu melhor, para da melhor forma, atender os usuários e suprir com as necessidades na perspectiva de garantir os direitos de todos os cidadãos ali recebidos.??????
