★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui encaminhada pelo posto, mas chegando lá, não tinha mais nesse dia, liguei antes de ir, mas ninguém atendeu, como é feriado na quinta, ne avisaram somente segunda, 10 as 13,hr mas avisaram que chegasse cedo porque só dez senhas são distribuidas, então pra que horario, se as 10 prumeiras pegam pra que até as 13?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a psicóloga foi muito boa, entretando a Psiquiatra tem uma postura muito ruim como profissional, é muita prepotência e incompetência pra uma pessoa só.
My experience with the psychologist was very good, however the Psychiatrist has a very bad posture as a professional, it is a lot of arrogance and incompetence for one person.

Você chega querendo uma ajuda e tem que ter encaminhamento que demora uns três meses pro médico do posto te dar.
Sendo que eu já tomo remédio e já passei no psiquiatra e no psicólogo e já tenho como provar que tenho doença psicológica .
É impressionante como tratam as pessoas que tem problema psicológico por isso muitos acabam se matando......
Ridículo......
Um atendimento péssimo com uma pessoa arrogante e de fala seca e sem empatia nenhuma.!

Terrible.
You arrive wanting help and you have to have a referral that takes about three months for the clinic doctor to give you.
Since I already take medicine and I have been through a psychiatrist and a psychologist and I already have the means to prove that I have a psychological illness.
It's amazing how they treat people who have psychological problems, so many end up killing themselves......
Ridiculous......
A terrible service with an arrogant and dry-spoken person with no empathy at all.!
Why have public service that doesn't work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção faz todo atendimento errado, o que demora mais a consulta.Os médicos sempre conversando e o atendimento demorado, sem falar que falta capacitação pra todos os profissionais. O que adianta abrir um local que deveria ser pra ajudar mas os funcionários acabam com ele.
The reception does all the wrong service, which takes longer to consult. The doctors are always talking and the service takes a long time, not to mention the lack of training for all professionals. What's the point of opening a place that should be to help but the employees finish it off.
