★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lesado quando pedi para tocar o aro da bicicleta, sem contar a demora do serviço pq cada vez que chega uma bicicleta o mecanico larga a sua para fazer outro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bicicleta à vista no valor de R$ 495,00 mais acessórios e menos de dois meses de uso o freio da bike quebrou, o guidão estava desregulado e não quiseram consertar, solicitei a emissão da segunda via da nota fiscal e o gerente se negou além disso o gerente não quis resolver o meu problema, virou as costas simplesmente, não sei se o dono da loja está ciente do comportamento não profissional e fora da lei de seus funcionários, pois se está na lei a garantia de 90 dias para bens duráveis, a empresa deve respeitar. Eu sei que agora não tem como eu usar a bike, pois sem freio e volante desregulado torna-se perigoso uitlizá-la e não tem como eu tirar outra bike, ou seja, vou a pé para o trabalho. Desnecessário isso, felizmente gravei, tenho a nota de compra no meu cartão de débito e poderei dar entrada judicial para ressarcir meu prejuízo em todos os sentidos.
