I made a reservation for 11pm and came across the closed company, unanswered phones, no airport service provider. It was a bad choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fica dentro do aeroporto. Tem uma van que leva até lá, mas ninguém vai te avisar disso nem informar onde passa ou horarios. Após as 22h, não atendem os telefones para informações. Cobram uma taxa de limpeza obrigatória (que também não é informa na hora da reserva), mas não entregam o carro limpo.
A frota é nova.
It is not inside the airport. There is a van that takes you there, but no one will warn you of this or inform you where it goes or schedules. After 10 pm, they do not answer the phones for information. They charge a mandatory cleaning fee (which is also not informed at the time of booking) but do not deliver the clean car.
The fleet is new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do serviço, pós vendas exelente, pois tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o carro locado e prontamente eles foram ate aonde estavamos e trocaram o carro. Sem falar no preço que tambem foi o melhor de todos que cotei. Super indico!
I really enjoyed the service, excellent after sales, because we had a little unforeseen with the car rented and promptly they went to where we were and changed the car. Not to mention the price that was also the best of all that I quoted. Super indicate!
