★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo relacionamento com o cliente: não cumpre os prazos; apesar de prometer, não entra em contato confirmando o serviço a ser realizado (vistoria virtual); extremamente difícil a comunicação via telefone. E o pior: não cumprem a garantia prometida; atribuem a responsabilidade pela má prestação do serviço ao motorista (o que é muito conveniente para a mecânica) e se disponibilizam a refazer o mesmo serviço, mas desta vez no particular.
Não conhecia a oficina, fui até ela por indicação da seguradora (queria levar na concessionária). Grande erro. Não volto e não recomendo. Péssima experiência.

I didn't know the workshop, I went to it at the recommendation of the insurance company (I wanted to take it to the dealership). Big mistake. I won't be back and I don't recommend it. Bad experience.
