- Tempo de espera;
- Excelente comunicação;
- Profissionais atenciosos e pacientes;
Pontos negativos:
- Preço de M.O. elevado;
- Falta de higiene;
- Deixam a desejar nos detalhes;
Os 2 carros q levei, voltaram sujo de oleo no tapete e volante, fora a soleira da porta cheias de areia (estava chovendo no dia).
Fizemos balanceamento em um dos carros, e colocaram chumbo com defeito na roda, e montaram msm assim (era mto visível). O msm se soltou, ficando entre a calota e a roda (desleixo).
Se vc ñ se importar com Mão de Obra, e sujeira no carro, recomendo.
Apesar dos pontos negativos q me incomodaram mto, os profissionais são atenciosos. Poderia avaliar com 5 estrelas, mas n tem como (com base na minha experiencia).
Strengths:

Negative points:
- Price of M.O. high;
- Lack of hygiene;
- They leave something to be desired in the details;
The 2 cars I took came back dirty with oil on the carpet and steering wheel, outside the door sill full of sand (it was raining that day).
We balanced one of the cars, and they put defective lead on the wheel, and mounted it anyway (it was very visible). The same came loose, getting between the hubcap and the wheel (sloppy).
If you don't care about Labor, and dirt in the car, I recommend it.
Despite the negative points that bothered me a lot, the professionals are attentive. I could rate it with 5 stars, but there's no way (based on my experience).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro foi tratado com total descaso nessa oficina. Apesar de educados, deixaram mto a desejar, e minha experiência foi péssima:
- um dia todo para fazer um alinhamento /balanceamento;
- demora excessiva pra atender o telefone;
- ñ sabiam nem onde deixaram a chave do carro qd fui buscar ele (pq prometeram ligar ao finalizar, e ñ cumpriram);
- carro na rua, e DESTRANCADO, sendo q de outro cliente estava trancado;
- ñ consegui um feedback do resultado, pois ñ sabiam informar qual mecânico alinhou o carro (???);
- acho que fizeram um "TOUR" com meu carro ao testar alinhamento, ñ é possível... deixei com 1/4 de combustível, e o msm estava com AR CONDICIONADO ligado qd fui buscar (folgados), e quase pegando reserva;
Descaso total, pois ja levamos carros antes, e ñ tivemos o péssimo tratamento como foi agora. Ñ volto mais.
My car was treated with total disregard at this shop. Despite being polite, they left a lot to be desired, and my experience was terrible:
- a whole day to do an alignment/balancing;
- excessive delay in answering the phone;
- they didn't even know where they left the car key when I went to pick him up (because they promised to call when finished, and they didn't);
- car on the street, and UNLOCKED, and another customer's car was locked;
- I didn't get feedback on the result, because they didn't know which mechanic lined up the car (???);
- I think they did a "TOUR" with my car when testing alignment, it's not possible... I left it with 1/4 of fuel, and the same was with AIR CONDITIONING on when I went to get it (slack), and almost getting a reservation;
Total neglect, because we've taken cars before, and we didn't have the bad treatment as it was now. I won't be back.
