★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc souber fazer seu próprio suporte técnico, contrate, caso contrário, saiba que sera deixado a deriva sem Internet ou com uma internet totalmente instável, quase todo dia tem rompimento de fibra em algum lugar. Outra coisa que acontecem em Parauapebas, mesmo se vc for cliente que paga em dia e antecipado há mais de 3 anos, vc está proibido de saber o telefone do técnico mega star que algum dia te atender, pois estes tecnicos estrelas não querem ser incômodos por clientes que por ventura tiverem seus equipamentos desconfigurados pelo seu atendimento. Enfim, se vc é fã de zap, se dará bem, pois só se consegue algum atendimento péssimo eesporádico pelo zap, é uma empresa fantasma. Para se falar com alguém pessoalmente ou mesmo telefone tem que sair da quarentena e esperar na frente da loja deles. Quinta feira fiquei sem Internet e já era, final de semana todo sem Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet ruim: várias oscilações constantes; Demora no atendimento pra suporte presencial. Quando vai-se cancelar o contrato com menos de 30 dias até à próxima fatura, tem que pagar por um mês que vc não usou nem um dia e isto não é descrito no contrato.
