★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde ,desejo que voces continuem com a mesma qualidade a qual conheço a um bom tempo,mas hj me decepcionei com o atendimento de balçao ,muita conversa e pouca atençao na montagem ,ao ponto de vim praticamente sem molho algum ,um absurdo para qualidade Carambola ,o suco de laranja cheio de acuçar no fundo do copo,respostas rispidas ao perguntar sobre os guardanapos.....e ...??????? Unidade Paralela.
 Good afternoon, I wish you to continue with the same quality that I know for a long time, but now I was disappointed with the service desk, a lot of talk and little attention to assembly, to the point that I came almost without any sauce, absurd for quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um sheik de morango e maracuja no restaurante localizado no shopping paralela e veio com pedaços de plastico duro misturado a mistura, fiz reclamaçao com a atendente que nao soube explicar o que houve devolvido o copo com varios pedaços de platico que foi batido com a mistura eo outro deixei na mesa . observaao estava com duas criancas uma de 5 anos e outra de 1 ano e 9 meses, vigilancia sanitaria precisa fazer uma vistoria.
I bought a sheik of strawberry and passion fruit in the restaurant located in the parallel mall and came with pieces of hard plastic mixed the mixture, I complained to the clerk who could not explain what had returned the glass with several pieces of platico that was beaten with the mixture and the other one I left on the table. observation was with two children one 5 years old and another 1 year and 9 months, sanitary surveillance needs to do a survey.

Gosto muito de comer aí só fui ontem almoçar somos funcionários do shopping na minha opinião não deveria ter horário agente sempre está o jeito seu funcionário falar como a gente tivesse perdido.

Funcionários com um mal humor, que não dão um bom dia, parecem fazer os serviços e atender o cliente pela simples obrigação de servir. Pedir um suco e quando fui retirar apresentando a nota, a atendente disse: Pegue aí. Guardei a nota, desejei um bom dia para elas tb, obviamente n fui respondido. Peço se algum responsável do estabelecimento ler esse comentário q oriente seus funcionários a serem cordiais com seus clientes, pq é certeza de um retorno.
Today, 07/25/18, 10:42 am, I was extremely poorly attended in this establishment. Employees in a bad mood, who do not have a good day, seem to do the services and serve the customer for the simple duty of serving. Ordering a juice and when I went to pick up presenting the note, the attendant said: Take it. I kept the note, wished them a good day too, obviously I was not answered. I ask if any person in charge of the establishment reads this comment q advises its employees to be cordial with their customers, because it is sure of a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar duas estrelas somente pelo bom atendimento. A salada era pobre, os melhores ingredientes vieram tão pouco que quase não se sentia o gosto e as almôndegas que pedi eram que péssima qualidade! Horrível! Não consegui comer até o fim.
I will give two stars just for the good service. The salad was poor, the best ingredients came so little that I hardly felt the taste and the meatballs that I ordered were that poor quality! Horrible! I could not eat until the end.
