★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa loja, vendedora atenciosa, mas as linhas de produtos são profissionais, mas comuns, pouca coisa ou nada vegano, não testado em animais...que era o que eu buscava. Mas a máscara q comprei é bem legal. Preço meio salgado, mas é uma loja no shopping...comprei máscara para cabelos.
Good store, attentive seller, but the product lines are professional, but common, little or nothing vegan, not tested on animals ... which was what I was looking for. But the mask I bought is pretty cool. Price is quite salty, but it is a store in the mall ... I bought a hair mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe, uma idosa de quase 70 anos, derrubou uma sombra na loja do Bauru Shopping há um tempo atrás. A atendente a obrigou a pagar pelo produto no valor CHEIO. Apesar do senso comum ser "quebrou, pagou", a lei não obriga o consumidor a pagar por um produto que está exposto em loja.
My mother, an elderly woman of almost 70 years old, dropped a shadow at the Bauru Shopping store some time ago. The attendant forced her to pay for the product at FULL value. Although common sense is "broke, paid", the law does not oblige consumers to pay for a product that is displayed in stores.
