Péssimo atendimento da operadora de caixa.
Hoje 10/02/21, entre 14:20 - 14:30h, comprei um suco da Natural One. Ao abrir, senti um odor de estragado, experimentei um pouco, e realmente estava estragado, embora aparentemente estivesse dentro do prazo de validade. O suco estava bem denso. Voltei para informar o caso e infelizmente, a operadora do caixa desdenhou e se dirigiu de forma bem rude. A mesma acabou jogando no lixo o suco. Acabei comprando outra bebida. O problema não é o valor do suco pago que, por sinal não foi estornado, mas, a falta de educação e respeito no atendimento. Caramelada é só no nome mesmo, pois, o atendimento é bem azedo. Não recomendo. Saio da cidade com uma péssima impressão da loja.

Today 10/02/21, between 14:20 - 14: 30h, I bought a juice from Natural One. When I opened it, I smelled a spoiled odor, tried it a little, and it was really spoiled, although apparently it was within the expiration date. The juice was quite dense. I went back to report the case and unfortunately, the cashier's operator disdained and went very rough. She ended up throwing the juice in the trash. I ended up buying another drink. The problem is not the amount of juice paid for, which, by the way, has not been reversed, but the lack of education and respect in service. Caramel is just in name, because the service is very sour. I do not recommend. I leave the city with a bad impression of the store.
