★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente organizado, limpo e acolhedor. Os sorvetes são muito saborosos porém com poucas opções de sabores. Os atendentes são pouco simpáticos e reclamaram que não pagamos antes de sentar - porém não nos avisaram que era necessário pagar primeiro. Tirando isso, foi uma experiência muito boa.
 Organized, clean and welcoming environment. The ice creams are very tasty but with few flavors to choose from. The attendants are unfriendly and complained that we didn't pay before sitting - but they didn't tell us that it was necessary to pay first. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Ponto negativo é que o estabelecimento “abre as portas” com pouquíssimos sorvetes disponíveis para o cliente degustar.
Ou seja, pedimos e quando estávamos degustando, os funcionários vieram colocando inúmeros sabores.
A impressão que ficou foi a falta de organização dos colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorvetes cremosos maravilhosos. Recomendo pistache, 3 leites e morango, mas pode provar quantos quiser. O preço é meio elevado, mas é realmente um gelato. Eles tem cartão de fidelidade e quando junta 10 carimbos ganha 1 sorvete médio de 3 bolas.
Wonderful creamy ice cream. I recommend pistachio, 3 milks and strawberry, but you can taste as many as you want. The price is a little high, but it really is a gelato. They have a loyalty card and when you add 10 stamps you get 1 medium ice cream of 3 balls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os gelatos são bons, ambiente é agradável e confortável, mas os atendentes parecem estar querendo fazer qualquer coisa no mundo ao invés de estarem ali atrás do balcão.
Só fiz o pedido porque minha filha pequena queria muito um sorvete e turistando em Maceió foi onde escolhemos vir. Senão teria dado meia volta.
Primeiro mal atendimento que tivemos na cidade.
The gelatos are good, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, but the servers seem to be willing to do something in the world instead of being there behind the counter.
I only ordered because my young daughter really wanted an ice cream and touristing in Maceió was where we chose to come. Otherwise I would have turned around.
First bad service we had in the city.

Very good! I tried 4 flavors. My favorite was the passion fruit mousse with chocolate. A cone with up to 2 balls costs R$ 13. It's worth it!

Tem opções de sobremesa e café também.
Meu marido pediu um Bolinho com gelato e eu pedi sorvete e um café.
Ambiente bem decorado, aconchegante.
Só fiquei um pouco frustrada pois esperava algo mais artesanal tipo gelateria mesmo.
Mas apesar disso. Valeu a visita.

My husband ordered a cupcake with gelato and I ordered ice cream and a coffee.
Well decorated, cozy environment.
I was just a little frustrated as I expected something more artisanal like gelateria.
But despite this. Worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Gelato guys. Friendly staff, big smiles and and almost tried every flavor in the bar. Finally settled on two and it was great desert. Great place to eat and relax. They also had espresso, but didn't feel like it at the time.
