★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admiro muito a tradição desta marca, mas se não se atualizar vai ficar pra trás.
Comi uma fatia de torta de morango achei sem imaginação e muito doce, sem morangos e com uma calda recomendada pra sorvete. Minha esposa já fez tortas mais saborosas. Já comi torta menos doce, mais criativa e saborosa. Entendam que não é uma crítica, mas uma sugestão.

 I really admire the tradition of this brand, but if it doesn't update, it will be left behind.
I ate a slice of strawberry pie I found without imagination and very sweet, without strawberries and with a syrup recommended for ice cream. My wife has already made tastier pies. I've eaten less sweet, more creative and tasty pie. Understand that it is not a criticism, but a suggestion.

A confeitaria Caramelo festas fica na ilha do Governador.É uma loja bem pequena, sem conforto nenhum para os clientes,os atendentes da lojinha são muitos educados e atenciosos com a clientela, tanto presencial como pelo telefone. Um dos grandes problemas da confeitaria Caramelo festas é que ela não tem serviço de entrega a domicílio os bolos e as tortas são deliciosos, a loja é especialista em faze bolos e tortas de aniversários confeitados.
Como estou morando atualmente na ilha do Governador, mandei este ano faze meu bolo de aniversário na caramelo festas, foi agora no mês de setembro.
A torta foi de morango a mais famosa da loja, ficou uma delícia , fiz a pequena e ela foi muito cara e é bem pequena mesmo rsrsrsr....
E ainda tive que ir buscar pessoalmente.
Está foi a minha experiência com a Caramelo festas.

The confectionery Caramelo Festas is on the island of Governador.It is a very small store, with no comfort for customers, the shop attendants are very polite and attentive to customers, both in person and by phone. One of the great problems of the Caramelo festivities is that it does not have a home delivery service, the cakes and pies are delicious, the store specializes in making birthday cakes and pies.
As I am currently living on the Governor's Island, this year I made my birthday cake at caramel parties, it was now in the month of September.
The strawberry pie was the most famous in the store, it was delicious, I made the small one and it was very expensive and very small indeed lol ....
And I still had to pick it up in person.
This was my experience with Caramel parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada. Comprei uma torta que estava seca demais e dura. Não tinha nem gosto. Foi um constrangimento no aniversário. Quando liguei para reclamar ainda me disseram que não poderiam me ressarcir.
Very upset. I bought a pie that was too dry and hard. It didn't even taste. It was an embarrassment on the anniversary. When I called to complain, I was still told that they could not reimburse me.
