O ambiente é agradável e de porte médio, acredito eu que por isso não existe uma sala de espera para clientes ficarem enquanto o serviço e realizado, todavia é oferecido água, café, e até umas bolachas. Os técnicos possuem prática na instalação de equipamentos e aplicação de fumê. O que agrada mesmo o cliente é combinação entre preços razoável e qualidade de c serviço.
It offers a good structure, good service and good prices. The atmosphere is pleasant and medium in size, I believe that there is no waiting room for customers to stay while the service is done, but water, coffee, and even some cookies are offered. The technicians have practice in installing equipment and applying smoke. What really pleases the customer is the combination of reasonable prices and quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço é não indico para ninguém... comprei um controle para o alarme e foi configurado somente a função de travar e destravar...voltei na loja o técnico disse que não sabia fazer pois precisa do manual eu fiquei sem as outras funções pq não tinha o manual... O engraçado é que foi configurado a função de travar e destravar sem o manual...servico mal feito e sem argumento construtivo...insatisfeito com o serviço do carango som
I didn't like the service and I don't recommend it to anyone ... I bought a control for the alarm and it was only configured to lock and unlock ... I went back to the store, the technician said he didn't know how to do it because he needs the manual, I was left without the others functions because there was no manual ... The funny thing is that the lock and unlock function was set up without the manual ... poor service and no constructive argument ... dissatisfied with the carango sound service
