★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que a Via Mobilidade assumiu esta um lixo tem dia que as catracas não funcionam, em horário de pico o intervalo é maior porque simplesmente reduziram a frota, um inferno!!!
Dei uma estrela porque é impossível opinar 0, mas pra mim é 0
After Via Mobilidade took over this one, there are days when the turnstiles don't work, at peak hours the interval is longer because they simply reduced the fleet, hell!!!
I gave one star because it's impossible to say 0, but for me it's 0

Essa profissional é incrível, uma pessoa super sensível, me ajudou, ainda fez o mapa desenhado e escreveu passo a passo, fez a diferença. Obrigada ? continue assim!!!

...people I don't know anything about SP, I needed help and thank God I found a counselor who is close to the terminal turnstiles, her name is Pamela?. This professional is incredible, a super sensitive person, she helped me, even drew the map and wrote it step by step, it made a difference. Thank you ? keep it up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Terminal é bonito e bem cuidado, porém, não tem um acesso integrado a estação CPTM, vc tem que sair e atravessar una rua, ao lado de um acesso esquecido e não terminado.
The Terminal is beautiful and well maintained, however, it does not have an integrated access to the CPTM station, you have to go out and cross a street, next to a forgotten and unfinished access.
