★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 200 uni fundo de bandeja .tinha uma encomenda de 200 doces um pacote veio 96.uni..e outro com 99 uni.. como pode se eu tinha q entregar 200 doces..se eu n tivesse comprado a mais como eu ia entregar a encomenda?
 I bought 200 uni bottom of tray. I had an order of 200 sweets one package came 96. uni..and another with 99 uni .. how can you if I had to deliver 200 sweets..if I hadn’t bought more as I was going to deliver the order?

Muito ruim isso, uma falha grande de qualidade
I bought a 15x16 truffle and candy package and it came without the laminated paper together, which prevented me from wrapping the truffles.

I have several packages of unique sweets that do not close, so I stay in the loss is tense and there is no customer service. that tense to go through it, has no contact. and we still have to star to post a comment that sucks

Estou decepcionada e me sinto enganada, vendo Cones Trufados para ajudar em casa, esse tipo de acontecimento prejudica meu trabalho. I bought a Packet Package for Truffled Cone that claimed to have 50 units 10cm x 15cm, together with my 50 cones it didn't match, 8 packs were missing to complete my 50 cone. I am disappointed and I feel cheated, seeing Truffled Cones to help around the house, this type of event affects my work. Carber Embalagens, stop deceiving your customers, because you lose them. 100 unidades e ao chegar em casa, para minha surpresa a embalagem estava lacrada de fábrica, no entanto totalmente vazia, ou seja nenhum conteúdo dentro. Gostaria de ouvir/entender o que a empresa tem como justificativa.
I bought 1 packet of Tray / Rugs for Candy Bottles with
100 units and when I got home, to my surprise the package was sealed from the factory, however totally empty, that is to say no content inside. I would like to hear / understand what the company has as a justification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote de embalagens Peteca na cor Pink e além de vir várias sem cor as coloridas mancharam todas as etiquetas e as mãos das pessoas. Muito ruim isso, já usei de várias cores prá embalar pão de mel e nunca tinha acontecido. O número do lote é 1938321 09/2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei caixa de panetone no natal, um pacote fechado, lacrado, com 10 unidades, ao abrir a embalagem vieram 3 caixas rasgadas, liguei no SAC não resolveram nada, pediram nota fiscal do produto!!! Que absurdo!!! Quem guarda nota fiscal!!!! Estou com as caixas rasgadas acho que vale mais que nota fiscal!! Empresa de fundo de quintal!!! Não se preocupada com o consumidor!!!
I bought a box of panettone at Christmas, a closed, sealed package with 10 units, when opening the package came 3 torn boxes, I called the SAC did not solve anything, asked for the product invoice !!! How absurd!!! Who keeps invoice !!!! I have torn boxes I think it is worth more than invoice !! Backyard company !!! Don't worry about the consumer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muitos anos e desde 2019 a qualidade caiu muito. As embalagens de cone trufado, veio várias furadas na lateral. Em outro pacote, veio faltando umas 13 embalagens. As etiquetas todas tortas, com o nome falhado, sem falar que ruim pra destacar, as vezes até rasga.... Carber não é mais a mesma coisa!! Muito triste!
I have been a customer for many years and since 2019 the quality has dropped a lot. The truffled cone packaging came with several holes in the side. In another package, 13 packages were missing. The labels all crooked, with the name failed, not to mention how bad to highlight, sometimes even tears .... Carber is no longer the same thing !! Very sad!
