★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima empresa, se preocupa com o meio ambiente.
Postei o primeiro parágrafo sem conhecer bem a empresa, era novato e minha intenção era de concorrer ao quadro de bicicleta Absolut que era estava sorteando a quem fizesse postagens.
Depois de um pouco mais de um mês na empresa vi que era tudo ilusão, pois a empresa explora muito os entregadores que ganham miséria pra pedalar muitos kms e não se preocupa com o meio ambiente e muito menos com o bem estar de seus colaboradores.
Deixei a empresa com um pouco mais de um mês e agora ganho muito mais trabalhando com a Uber.
A verdade é que é uma péssima empresa a qual mente e tenta criar uma ilusão pra conseguir mais colaboradores.

I posted the first paragraph without knowing the company well, I was a novice and my intention was to compete for the Absolut bicycle frame that was being raffled off to anyone who made posts.
After a little over a month at the company, I saw that it was all an illusion, as the company exploits a lot of couriers who earn a lot of misery to ride many kilometers and is not concerned with the environment, much less with the well-being of their employees.
I left the company a little over a month ago and now I earn a lot more by working with Uber.
The truth is that it is a terrible company that lies and tries to create an illusion to get more employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa com um bom conceito, porém com um atendimento péssimo.
Fiz um pedido na FuturaIm que tem contrato com a Carbono Zero. O prazo estabelecido para entrega seria hoje, inclusive em contato as 17h00 com os funcionários, garantiram que seria entregue hoje. Para minha surpresa as 17h50 liguei novamente e disseram que não entregariam hoje.
Falando com o supervisor Leo, o mesmo, despreparado, disse que só entregariam na segunda. Questionei quanto ao prazo de hoje, e o mesmo perguntou se "EU" teria alguma sugestão para que fosse feita a entrega hoje, pois por eles não seria feito.
A empresa precisa se qualificar melhor na parte de suporte ao cliente.
A company with a good concept, but with a bad service.
I placed an order at FuturaIm that has a contract with Carbono Zero. The deadline for delivery would be today, including contacting the employees at 5:00 pm, they guaranteed that it would be delivered today. To my surprise at 5:50 pm I called again and said they would not deliver today.
Speaking with supervisor Leo, the same, unprepared, said that they would only deliver on Monday. I asked about today's deadline, and he asked if "EU" would have any suggestions for the delivery to be made today, as it would not be done by them.
The company needs to be better qualified in the customer support part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já trabalhei nessa empresa, não volto lá nem pra dar baixa na carteira , empresa exploradora, que não tem respeito por seus colaboradores. Sem contar o valor e a distância das entregas. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I've already worked in this company, I don't even go back there to write off my license, an exploiting company, which has no respect for its employees. Not to mention the value and distance of deliveries. I don't recommend it to anyone.
