Se não for para faturar, esse meu vendedor não vai me ajudar. Treinar a equipe de vendedores a serem cidadão, além ser vendedor. Tem ajuda que não custa nada, como um simples segunda via de NF e uma satisfação/orientação ao cliente.
I needed help to reenter a duplicate invoice and my commercial contact did not help me, nor did he even answer me with any information. Completely ignored me. If it's not for billing, this seller of mine won't help me. Train the sales team to be a citizen, in addition to being a salesperson.
