Demoram a responder e são extremamentes indiferentes com os clientes. Não se importam em tirar dúvidas nem em resolver os problemas. Dão informações falsas sobre a disponibilidade de produtos e mentem quanto ao prazo de entrega!

Eles NÃO atendem telefonema, NÃO respondem whatsapp, NÃO respondem no Instagram, ou seja, ignoram você por completo e ainda mentem dizendo que vão entregar em tantos dias, e o prazo vai MUITOOO além disso. Estou muito aborrecida com a falta de respeito dessa empresa, pois a primeira vez que fui lá eu até que gostei, um senhorzinho me atendeu, me explicou tudo direitinho, não achei os preços ruins, porém, já vai fazer 1 mês que encomendei umas caixas, fiz a metade do pagamento como foi solicitado, me mandaram a arte para aprovar, eu falei que queria mudar alguns pontos e depois disso eles me deixaram no vácuo. E quando me responderam mandando a arte nova, nem uma explicação ou no mínimo um pedido de desculpa pela falta de comprometimento, só ignoraram minhas mensagens e seguiram o baile como se nada tivesse acontecendo... :/ Sinceramente, não vale o aborrecimento e NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM. NÃO VALE A PENA!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!!! They DON'T answer phone calls, DON'T answer whatsapp, DON'T reply on Instagram, that is, they ignore you completely and still lie saying they will deliver in so many days, and the deadline goes MUCH beyond that. I'm very upset with the lack of respect from this company, because the first time I went there I really liked it, a little gentleman attended to me, explained everything to me correctly, I didn't think the prices were bad, however, it's been 1 month since I ordered some boxes. , I paid half the payment as requested, they sent me the art to approve, I said I wanted to change some points and after that they left me in a vacuum. And when they replied sending the new art, not an explanation or at least an apology for the lack of commitment, they just ignored my messages and followed the dance as if nothing had happened... :/ Honestly, it's not worth the hassle and NO I INDICATE FOR ANYONE. NOT WORTH IT!

Edição após resposta da loja: peguei 12 caixas de graça ontem em mercantil. É só pedir pro pessoal da reposição. Ainda me ofereceram mais mas não tinha como trazer.
