★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência com esta clínica. Agendei somente exame do MAPA e atrasaram 1 hora, havia somente uma pessoa na minha frente. Fui até a recepção questionar a demora, tendo em vista que, aparentemente, não havia motivo para o atraso e obtive uma resposta grosseira da recepcionista. Ao ser atendida questionei ao Atendente o motivo da demora e o mesmo respondeu que os pacientes que colocaram o aparelho(Mapa) precisam devolver o aparelho no dia seguinte , e eles esperam a devolução do aparelho para disponibilizar para outro paciente, muitas vezes os pacientes atrasam na entrega, e são poucos aparelhos para alta demanda, acarretando na demora para atender o paciente que precisa colocar o aparelho.Resumindo, não tem organização. Infelizmente, pessoas idosas , com problemas, que chegaram depois de mim com certeza tiveram que esperar muito tempo. O Atendente foi educado e gentil.
I have not had a good experience with this clinic. I only scheduled the MAPA exam and they were 1 hour late, there was only one person in front of me. I went to the reception to question the delay, considering that apparently there was no reason for the delay and got a rude response from the receptionist. When I was seen, I asked the attendant the reason for the delay and he replied that patients who put the device (Map) need to return the device the next day, and they wait for the device to be returned to make it available to another patient, patients often delay upon delivery, and there are few devices for high demand, resulting in delays in attending to the patient who needs to put the device on. In short, there is no organization. Unfortunately, elderly people with problems who arrived after me certainly had to wait a long time. The attendant was polite and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recesso de final de ano já é um negócio horrível de existir, mas pior é quando a empresa não comunica seus clientes. Nada, nenhuma mensagem automática no Whatsapp, nenhum banner no site, nenhum post em suas redes sociais. Nada. Aí descubro que eles voltaram no dia 05/01, mas só porque liguei na clínica hoje para tentar agendar um cardiologista antes do dia 18 e eles já não possuem mais agenda. Detalhe: mandei mensagem no Whatsapp deles no dia 03/01 e até hoje ninguém respondeu. Parabéns pela organização.
Year-end recess is already a horrible business to exist, but it's worse when the company doesn't communicate with its customers. Nothing, no automatic messages on Whatsapp, no banners on the website, no posts on their social networks. Nothing. Then I find out that they came back on 01/05, but only because I called the clinic today to try to schedule a cardiologist before the 18th and they no longer have an agenda. Detail: I sent a message on their whatsapp on 01/03 and until today no one replied. Congratulations on the organization.

Terrible service, horrible place, two hours late ... even the reception staff say they have priority. The guy didn't move a muscle. Disabled elderly ..... a rubbish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, tinha 1 pessoa na minha frente e a clínica demorou 1 hora pra atender, tive de ir embora pois eu já tinha compromisso, por mim eu até tirava a estrela, mas não tem como. Não recomendo, perda de tempo e a paciência esgota totalmente, além disso médica ignorante e PÉSSIMO atendimento!!!!!!
BAD EXPERIENCE, there was 1 person in front of me and the clinic took 1 hour to attend, I had to leave because I already had an appointment, for me I even took the star off, but there's no way. I don't recommend it, waste of time and patience is totally exhausted, besides an ignorant doctor and TERRIBLE service!!!!!!

Sou paciente da Dra Isabella,a profissional é excelente.
Mas o atendimento via WhatsApp é horrível.
Comecei a agendar consulta para meu marido e me passaram o dia é hora,fui a te o local no dia e me informaram que não tinha nada agendado.

Terrible, you send a message to schedule an appointment, they don't respond, they start making the appointment and leave you talking to yourself.
I am a patient of Dr Isabella, the professional is excellent.
But the service via WhatsApp is horrible.
I started to schedule an appointment for my husband and they gave me the day and time, I went to the place on the day and they informed me that they had nothing scheduled.
Waste of time
