Uma demora absurda. Sem contar que tive o meu exame desmarcado por tres vezes ,todas as vezes fui informada que foi por causa da administração e o aparelho. Fui recomendada pela recepcionista no qual é a mesma que faz o exame de Eletrocardiograma que seria melhor procurar um outro lugar para estar realizando o meu exame.
Tremenda falta de respeito, profissionalismo e responsabilidade.

O que de fato deixa a desejar são as recepcionistas que não possuem posturas profissionais, inclusive expõe os pacientes que voltam para a revisão cobrando em tom alto, deixando os pacientes constrangidos precisam de mais ética e respeito aos pacientes. Ainda são debochas. Mais a médica é ótima.
O que fazer?
Nem tudo é perfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPÇÃO É A PALAVRA. Todos sabem que a recepção é o pior setor da Clínica. Parece que são escolhidas as mais grosseiras e mal educadas. Sou paciente da Dra Carmen desde 2004 e, ainda assim, ela me negou o envio de imagem de um novo pedido de exame LEGÍVEL pq nem o laboratório, nem o convênio identificaram com clareza o q estava escrito. A recepcionista do laboratório aceitaria foto de novo pedido legível, mas a Cardio Recreio, através da recepcionista SARAH, me negou alegando q eu deveria marcar nova consulta para então pegar outro pedido. Que a letra da Carmen é horrível todos sabemos também. Mas a má vontade, a arrogância da recepcionista e o descaso de TODOS DA CLÍNICA com a situação foram como uma punhalada fatal, principalmente, pq eu tinha muita confiança no trabalho dela.
É LAMENTÁVEL O DESCASO COM OS PACIENTES NESSAS SITUAÇÕES. Não sou o primeiro e, infelizmente, não serei o último. Mas, com toda certeza, nunca mais voltarei a esse lugar hostil. E olha q eu nunca dei trabalho exigindo nota fiscal das consultas q sempre paguei. Pois, segundo as normas, quem paga menos de 200 reais NÃO PODE TER RECIBO OU NOTA FISCAL do valor pago.
Acabei extrapolando a hora marcada para os exames, só pude fazer um e a recepcionista não me atendeu mais.

That Carmen's lyrics are horrible, we all know too. But the unwillingness, the arrogance of the receptionist and the disregard of EVERYONE AT THE CLINIC with the situation were like a fatal stab, mainly, because I had a lot of confidence in her work.
THE DEFECTIVE TOWARDS PATIENTS IN THESE SITUATIONS IS REGARDLESS. I'm not the first and unfortunately I won't be the last. But I will most certainly never return to this hostile place. And look, I've never been busy demanding the invoice for the appointments I've always paid. Because, according to the rules, those who pay less than 200 reais CANNOT HAVE A RECEIPT OR INVOICE for the amount paid.
I ended up extrapolating the scheduled time for the exams, I could only take one and the receptionist didn't see me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra Carmem é Maravilhosa ótima médica , conheço ela a mais de dez anos , porém essas recepcionistas e o pessoal de apoio da clínica está uma HORRÍVEL, não respeita os pacientes marcam duas pessoas no mesmo horário esquece de marcar depois quando vc liga pra confirmar diz que a doutora teve um imprevisto e não irá , a consulta marcada mais de um mês . Está muito ruim o atendimento do local .
A doutora está perdendo pacientes por causas dessa equipe de apoio
