★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falarei do atendimento que recebi :Após 3 dias ligando tentando agendar uma consulta e vários exames (queria fazer agendamento por telefone pois não moro em Palmas) Só consegui depois de muito tentar e ainda foi a gerente da recepção que me atendeu via whatsapp pois foi impossível pelo telefone de atendimento! Acho que o sistema de pabx precisa de uma manutenção com urgência .
Além da demora em conseguir marcar ,no dia em que fui p o atendimento, seguindo a recepção ,uma atendente ,muito mal educada por sinal ,disse q não havia consulta agendada ,eu fiquei tão irritada q meu exame de pressão deu alterado ,logo uma outra atendente veio e disse q iria me ajudar ,ela conseguiu ver no sistema meu agendamento!
Como eu pergunto ,como um paciente chega em uma instituição e é tratado dessa maneira ?
Vocês precisam selecionar e qualificar melhor as pessoas q estarão em contato com os pacientes .Uma acessória cairia muito bem !
Acho que por não terem muitos concorrentes seu espaço ainda está lotado !
Mais respeito ,pois quem só vê números $$$$não sabe de qualidade !
I'll talk about the service I received: After 3 days calling trying to schedule an appointment and several exams (I wanted to make an appointment by phone because I don't live in Palmas) I only got it after trying a lot and it was still the reception manager who answered me via whatsapp because it was impossible by the telephone answering! I think the pabx system needs urgent maintenance.
Besides the delay in being able to make an appointment, on the day I went to the service, following the reception, a very rude attendant, by the way, said that there was no appointment scheduled, I was so angry that my blood pressure test changed, then another attendant came and said she would help me, she could see in the system my schedule!
As I ask, how does a patient arrive at an institution and be treated in this way?
You need to better select and qualify the people who will be in contact with the patients. An accessory would look great!
I think because there are not many competitors your space is still full!
More respect, because those who only see numbers $$$$ do not know quality!
