★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Solicitamos um agendamento para um exame e na data e horário indicados informarem que não tinha nenhum agendamento marcado (não só nesse horário, que não tinha agendamento nenhum). O pior e que eles não reconhecerem o erro e tampouco intentarem remarcar para outro dia. Foi a primeira vez que agendamos naquele lugar. Como é possível que conheça o endereço, o andar e o numero de sala sem que alguém passe a informação para mim? Estranho, não é?
Terrible. We asked for an appointment for an exam and on the date and time indicated inform that there was no appointment scheduled (not only at that time, that there was no appointment). The worst thing is that they do not recognize the error or try to reschedule for another day. It was the first time we booked in that place. How is it possible that I know the address, the floor and the room number without someone passing the information to me? Weird is not it?
