 I've been calling for 3 days to schedule an appointment and I can't, when they answer the phone it's mute, and on WhatsApp they don't answer either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo porém deveriam priorizar os horários marcados. Marcam o exame 08:30 por exemplo e não atendem. A gente chega para exame e ainda tem 3 ou 4 pessoas ainda pra ser atendidos no nosso horário. Acho que deveriam atender por ordem de chegada porque por horário não está funcionando.
I recommend but they should prioritize the scheduled times. They schedule the exam at 8:30 am, for example, and do not attend. We arrive for an exam and there are still 3 or 4 people to be seen on our schedule. I think they should meet in order of arrival because by time it's not working.

Varias vezes marquei e a espera foi longa!!
Tinha uma consulta marcada para as 8:30, cheguei as 8:15 na clínica, deu 10:40 e não fui atendida.
Isso é um absurdo!
Total falta de respeito com os pacientes.
Se não conseguem ser organizados pra atender em hora marcada, mudem para ordem de chegada. Pelo menos a pessoa vai ciente que não tem horário pra sair.. Ou aprendam a organizar a agenda pra atender os pacientes na hora que marcam.

Total lack of respect for patients.
If you can't be organized to meet at an appointment, change to a first-come, first-served basis. At least the person will be aware that there is no time to go out.. Or learn to organize the agenda to see patients at the time they schedule.
