★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 10:35 para fazer meus rxames marcados para às 11:00 horas, porque ontem fiquei mais de 1horaaguardando oara fazer meu rxame de “hora marcada”…
Já são 10:50 e até agora sequer a ayendente pediu minha autorização na SulAmérica.
Ela só pegou para pedir a autorização às 10:57, porque eu pedi e avisei que o exame seria às 11:00.
Hoje atendente Raquel, mesma q me atendeu ontem, não pediu a autorização assim q cheguei, passando meus docs para outraatendente q colocou no final dd vários pedidos de aitorização. Já são 11:03.
Às 11:09, finalmente me deram a ficha de pedido para assinar e aguardar a consulta q já deveria estar acontecendo. Enquanto isso, sala cheia no meio da pandemia…
Inacrediavelmente, às 11:25 me etregaram o resultado após exame.
Hoje, à despeito do atraso, o serviço foi regular.
