★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira visita à clínica, fui bem atendida, tanto pelas recepcionistas quanto pela médica, a Dra. Francilucia. A mesma me solicitou alguns exames que não pude realizar de imediato, devido a complicações da Chikungunya. Liguei para a clínica alguns meses depois, relatei o ocorrido e a atendente me pediu que fosse até lá, para ver como faríamos, uma vez que a guia de exames havia sido emitda há mais de noventa dias. Fui lá, fui atendida pela recepcionista Graziela, e a mesma marcou meus exames para o dia 27/04. No dia marcado, não pude comparecer, e solicitei que os exames fossem remarcados, no que fui atendida. Ao chegar à clínica no dia marcado, após um stress absurdo, por causa dos elevadores do prédio (o que não vem ao caso), fui informada pela atendente Jessica que não poderia realizar um dos exames, pois o mesmo precisaria de 48 horas para ser autorizado. Minha indignação é porque em momento algum fui informada desse prazo de autorização do plano, por nenhuma das recepcionistas/atendentes, e as mesmas me sugeriram, ao invés de tentar resolver meu problema, fazer um dos exames no dia marcado e o remarcar o outro. O detalhe é que a cada visita que eu faço ao prédio onde está localizada a clínica, eu pago R$ 4,00 de estacionamento. E a atendente ainda disse que eu ligasse para o plano e tentasse resolver, o que mostra o despreparo da mesma e a falta de atenção com o paciente.

On the appointed day, I was unable to attend, and I requested that the exams be rescheduled, in which I was attended. Upon arriving at the clinic on the appointed day, after an absurd stress, because of the elevators of the building (which is not the case), I was informed by the attendant Jessica that she could not perform one of the exams, as it would take 48 hours to be authorized. My indignation is because at no time was I informed of this plan's authorization period, by any of the receptionists / attendants, and they suggested to me, instead of trying to solve my problem, do one of the exams on the scheduled day and reschedule the other. The detail is that for each visit I make to the building where the clinic is located, I pay R $ 4.00 for parking. And the attendant also said that I called the plan and tried to solve it, which shows the unpreparedness of the plan and the lack of attention to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Esperei 1:30h para colocar um aparelho mapa. Eu fica pensando quando for para ser atendido pelo médico. Dever ser o dia todo para mostrar este exame. É prior do que o SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas vezes nessa clínica com mais de 3 horas de espera, sala lotada sem ter nem lugar para sentar. O médico me atendeu olhando para o celular, exame marcado cheguei no dia meu nome não estava... Não recomendo.
Twice in this clinic with more than 3 hours of waiting, crowded room with no place to sit. The doctor attended me looking at the cell phone, the exam was scheduled I arrived on the day my name was not there... I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem complicado de conseguir agendar consulta e exames. Ninguém atende os telefones. Atendentes pouco treinadas. Duas vezes fui pessoalmente a clínica e não havia ninguém na recepção por mais de 20min. Estacionamento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendes informam no telefone que o horário do exame é de 8 as 8:30, mais o médico só chega às 9:30. Atendentes mal informadas, e não pretendo voltar mais a está clínica. Sem compromisso com o horário e sem respeito com os clientes.
The attendants inform on the phone that the exam time is from 8 to 8:30, but the doctor only arrives at 9:30. Poorly informed attendants, and I don't intend to go back to this clinic anymore. No commitment to time and no respect for customers.
