★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não consigo contato à dias, desde a ausência da secretária do setor responsável até o fato de simplesmente ligar por horas e horas sem ser atendido (toca o tel até cair ou na transferência de um setor pra outro nunca mais falo com ninguém). As duas estrelas vão pelo fato de que nas raras ocasiões em que consegui falar com alguém, o atendimento não solucionou o problema mas pareceu prestativo.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to contact for days, from the absence of the responsible sector secretary to the fact that I simply call for hours and hours without being answered (ring the phone until it falls or when transferring from one sector to another, I never speak to anyone). The two stars are due to the fact that on the rare occasions that I was able to speak to someone, the service did not solve the problem but seemed helpful.

O médico chegou ao consultório com 40 minutos de atraso.
Fui prejudicado pelo atraso, e permaneci por 3 horas dentro do consultório.
Execesso de pacientes. Falta de organização.
I would like to make a complaint about Dr. Alessandro, cardiologist, who attends CardioMinas.
The doctor arrived at the office 40 minutes late.

Ele se tornou o medico da minha familia, por ser um ótimo cardiologista, sempre somos muito bem atendidos por toda sua equipe.
