★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dra Kátia é excelente profissional. Educada e simpática, porém as suas recepcionistas são péssimas. Não tem controle sobre a chegada de pacientes para exames, passando uns na frente dos outros, deixando alguns idosos horas esperando. Meu marido foi um dos primeiros a chegar e o último a ser atendido. Quando foi perguntado o porquê daquilo, respondem de forma grossa e evasiva. Coloque pessoas competentes para trabalhar. Péssimo.
Dr. Kátia is an excellent professional. Polite and friendly, but their receptionists are terrible. He has no control over the arrival of patients for exams, passing in front of each other, leaving some elderly hours waiting. My husband was one of the first to arrive and the last to be served. When asked why, they respond in a thick and evasive way. Put competent people to work. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei meu pai na consulta, idoso. Essa cardiologista pede muitos exames desnecessários. Algumas pessoas acham que isso é bom , mas só serve para ela ganhar dinheiro. recepção pequena, e nunca atende no horário. Covid... Tô fora !! Nunca mais voltaremos.
I accompanied my father to the consultation, elderly. This cardiologist asks for many unnecessary tests. Some people think this is good, but it only serves to make money. small reception, and never open on time. Covid ... I'm out !! We will never come back.

fui duas vezes ao consultorio dessa dr e as duas vezes me deparei com situações absurdas. consultorio cheio, pessoas em pe aguardando em plena pandemia de covid e ela é uma medica extremamente grossa com os funcionarios e pacientes. na clinica de jardim camburi quando fui fazer um exame ela gritou com uma funcionaria e chamou ela de sonsa na frente dos pacientes e quando fui consultar com ela em vila velha presenciei novamente ela gritando com uma funcionaria que é extremament educada. a menina abaixou a cabeca e sai constrangida. não recomendo essa senhora pro meu pior inimigo.

I went twice to this doctor's office and both times I came across absurd situations. full office, people standing in the middle of the covid pandemic and she is an extremely thick doctor with staff and patients. at the clinic in camburi garden when I went to do an exam she screamed at a staff member and called her son in front of the patients and when I went to see her in Vila Velha I saw her screaming again at a staff member who is extremely polite. the girl lowered her head and left embarrassed. I don't recommend this lady to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalham com hora marcada para consultas, mas o médico chega atrasado e atende com mais de uma hora de defasagem. Profundo desrespeito com os pacientes que se encavalam na recepção e no corredor, sobretudo em tempos de pandemia, aumentando o risco de contágio.
Antes que digam que há precauções, não há! Uma cadeira de distância não é precaução suficiente e todos sabemos. No corredor nem sem fala. Minha experiência negativa foi com o Fernando - Neurologista.
They work by appointment, but the doctor arrives late and attends more than an hour behind schedule. Deep disrespect for the patients who face the reception and the corridor, especially in times of pandemic, increasing the risk of contagion.
Before they say that there are precautions, there are not! A chair away is not enough precaution and we all know it. In the hall or without speaking. My negative experience was with Fernando - Neurologist.

Gostei da médica, contudo tanto na primeira consulta quanto no retorno, para a realização dos exames, o tempo de espera foi absurdo, com no mínimo 1h de atraso. Parece que marcam 10 pacientes para o mesmo horário ou com intervalos inviáveis para o atendimento. Esse problema de horário gera uma recepção lotada de pessoas, um perigo a mais pra quem procura atendimento médico em tempos de pandemia.
Na terceira e última vez que estive na clínica, para mostrar o exames, o atraso foi de 1h20 e, PARA PIORAR, atenderam uma paciente com horário depois do meu (e que chegou bem depois de mim). Um absurdo, um total descaso e desrespeito. Não recomendo a clínica.
I went for an appointment with the cardiologist. I liked the doctor, however, both in the first appointment and in the return, for the exams, the waiting time was absurd, with at least 1 hour delay. It seems that 10 patients are scheduled for the same time or with infeasible intervals for care. This problem of schedule generates a crowded reception of people, an additional danger for those who seek medical care in times of pandemic.
The third and last time I was at the clinic, to show the exams, the delay was 1h20 and, TO WORSE, a patient was seen after my appointment (and she arrived well after me). An absurdity, a total disregard and disrespect. I don't recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente amador, não dão retorno sobre cancelamento de exames, me falaram que o telefone estava errado, mas recebi email confirmando o exame, porque não enviaram outro e-mail cancelando? Falaram que não sabem de onde sai esse e-mail. Como assim????
Em fim, como disse acima, extremamente amador, e nossos compromissos que pouco importam.
Extremely amateur service, they don't give feedback about exam cancellations, they told me the phone was wrong, but I received an email confirming the exam, why didn't they send another canceling email? They said they don't know where this email comes from. Like this????
In short, as I said above, extremely amateur, and our commitments do not matter.

Fui para realizar uma consulta com a Dr. Katia Regina, estava esperando fazer a consulta, procurar um lugar para fazer os exames e depois voltar novamente. Mas, ao chegar lá eu já fui direcionada para os exames cardiológico, recebi o exame imediatamente e após isso fui direcionada para a consulta com Dr. Katia.
Ela por sinal,um amor de pessoa, nos deixa tão confortável, conversa, é difícil ser atendido hoje em dia por médico que nos tratam com tanto amor.

I went to make an appointment with Dr. Katia Regina, I was waiting to make the appointment, look for a place to do the exams and then come back again. But, when I got there I was already directed to the cardiological exams, I received the exam immediately and after that I was directed to the consultation with Dr. Katia.
She, by the way, a love of person, makes us so comfortable, conversation, it's hard to be seen nowadays by doctors who treat us with so much love.
