★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. Pelo visto isso acontece sempre: atendimento de um paciente em urgência o que gera atraso para os outros pacientes. Nos comentários, sempre há essa explicação( desculpa)da clínica. Então se isso ocorre rotineiramente, já deviam estar preparados para esses imprevistos e não tratar com descaso os pacientes passando o problema para eles, que tem hora marcada para outros compromissos e etc.
Descaso total.
Bad experience. Apparently, this always happens: care for a patient in an emergency, which causes delay for other patients. In the comments, there is always this explanation (excuse) from the clinic. So if this happens routinely, they should already be prepared for these unforeseen events and not treat patients with neglect by passing the problem on to them, who have an appointment for other appointments and so on.
Total disregard.

Tivemos eu e meu esposo quase 1 hora aguardando o Cardiologista, Dr Rogério , na Clinica em Taubaté, que justificou seu atraso como sendo " difícil cumprir o horário agendado devido às demais consultas, então, estaria justificado o atraso da nossa consulta. Nesse mesmo dia, tínhamos agendado dois testes ergometricos para às 10: 30 hs, quando, ao chegar à Clinica fomos surpreendidos com a notícia de que o médico responsável teve um imprevisto e não
deu tempo de nos avisarem.No total perdemos mais de 1 hora e meia do nosso tempo com um atendimento que consideramos desrespeitoso
