★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Care pilates a fisioterapia é diferenciada, lá realmente eles fazem tanto tratamento da dor como reabilitação, já tinha feito 20 sessões de fisioterapia em outra clínica com resultados paliativos só analgesia com equipamentos como tens e ultrassom, só consegui sair do quadro agudo com a ajuda das fisioterapeutas da care pilates e pude ser liberada para o pilates.
At Care Pilates, physiotherapy is different, there they really do both pain treatment and rehabilitation, I had already had 20 physiotherapy sessions in another clinic with palliative results, only analgesia with equipment such as tens and ultrasound, I was only able to get out of the acute condition with the help care pilates physiotherapists and was able to be released for pilates.

Porém, com a pandemia, a Care me deu a possibilidade de fazer a aula on-line, o que muito me agradou. Minha adaptação à aula on-line foi perfeita, com resultados excelentes, tanto que até hoje mantenho a aula on-line. Acho que vale muito a pena manter a aula on-line, tanto pela comodidade de estar em casa, quanto pela opção de não querer me expor por causa da pandemia.
I've been doing pilates at Care Pilates practically since it opened. Until the beginning of the pandemic, my classes were always in person. However, with the pandemic, Care gave me the possibility to take the class online, which I really liked. My adaptation to the online class was perfect, with excellent results, so much so that to this day I keep the online class. I think it's really worth keeping the class online, both for the convenience of being at home, and for the option of not wanting to expose myself because of the pandemic.
