I TAKE A PIECE OF IRON BUT WHEN I WENT TO REMOVE THIS PIE THEY DROPPED ON THE FLOOR, THE PAINTING IS GOOD BUT THEY ARE NOT VERY CAREFUL WITH THE PARTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pintamos peças para o jovem abaixo ....... a peça em questão abaixo foi fabricada por um cliente nosso ... que trouxe a peça para pintura sem prazo ou seja dizendo que estava atrasada ja com a entrega .... foi informado que a peça precisava de furos para a entrada e saída de produtos químicos justamente produtos anti corrosão ... o fabricante da peça disse que não tinha tempo ... e que não precisa dar banho.... podia pintar do jeito que foi ou seja sem banho .... entao pintamos sem garantia .... então meu amigo ... a pessoa que fabricou as suas peças pediu para pintar sem banho químico mesmo... portanto a Careva pinturas não pode se responsabilizar pela pressa do fabricante ..... não nos negamos a refazer a um custo menor desde que a peça chegasse a Careva pintura.
We never painted pieces for the young man below ....... the piece in question below was manufactured by a client of ours ... who brought the piece for painting without a deadline, that is to say that it was already late with delivery .... it was informed that the piece needed holes for the entry and exit of chemicals, precisely anti-corrosion products ... the manufacturer of the piece said he didn't have time ... and that he doesn't need to bathe .... he could paint the way he wanted it was without a bath .... so we painted without guarantee .... so my friend ... the person who manufactured his pieces asked to paint without a chemical bath ... so Careva Paints cannot be held responsible for the rush from the manufacturer ..... we do not refuse to redo it at a lower cost as long as the piece reaches Careva painting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei pintura de uma base de mesa há menos de 3 meses e a tinta está descolando. Enviei foto via Whatsapp e solicitei que retirassem a peça para correção. A Careva Pinturas afirma que não irá retirar a peça e que o transporte fica por minha conta. Decepcionado com o serviço, principalmente por ser um cliente de anos. Careva Pintura nunca mais!!!
I painted a table base less than 3 months ago and the paint is peeling off. I sent a photo via Whatsapp and asked them to remove the piece for correction. Careva Pinturas states that it will not remove the part and that the transport is on my own. Disappointed with the service, mainly for being a customer for years. Careva Painting never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta profissionalismo da recepção, fizeram uma pintura de umas janelas que era para remover uma tinta existente e pintaram por cima e não ficou bom o serviço, me passaram um preço para decapar, remover a tinta velha e depois fazer a pintura eletrostática, não decapou e fizeram a pintura tinta sobre tinta velha, baixa qualidade,
atendimento péssimo !
