★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei caro por dois carimbos e um deles veio errado. A atendente do whatsapp foi extremamente grossa e até tentou fazer com que eu ficasse com o produto errado. Após muita insistência, ela se comprometeu a trocar, mas enrolou a devolução/troca por 2 MESES, só resolvendo a situação em abril/21 - tendo a compra sido feita em fevereiro/21. Eu tenho um negócio e entendi os custos da entrega, a situação de lockdown e até o suposto defeito no carro da dona da empresa, mas NADA justifica uma demora tão absurda na entrega e um desrespeito tão flagrante ao cliente. A qualidade dos carimbos é boa, mas por todos os inconvenientes, não recomendo!
I paid dearly for two stamps and one of them came out wrong. The whatsapp attendant was extremely thick and even tried to make me get the wrong product. After much insistence, she undertook to exchange, but rolled the return / exchange for 2 MONTHS, only resolving the situation in April / 21 - the purchase was made in February / 21. I have a business and I understood the costs of delivery, the lockdown situation and even the supposed defect in the car of the company owner, but NOTHING justifies such an absurd delay in delivery and such a blatant disrespect for the customer. The quality of the stamps is good, but for all the inconveniences, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar e fui muito mal atendido pela senhora Selma, mal me ouviu e já me mandou entrar em contato pelo whatsapp, e quando eu retornei a ligação a falta de educação se multiplicou.. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!

Na primeira vez que comprei me atendeu super bem, voltei para comprar novamente a proprietária foi SUPER MAL EDUCADA, IGNORANTE, ME TRATOU COM GROSSERIA.
FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO E RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE! É revoltante um atendimento dessa forma.
