★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salvaram nosso gatinho. Mais pra melhorar precisam ter mais cuidado na forma como falam, são frios e assustam a gente quando vão diagnostar. Cobram vários exames caros, todos os procedimentos, na verdade, são caríssimos. Mais tem uma ótima estrutura bem completa mesmo em todos os aspectos.
They saved our kitten. But to improve, they need to be more careful in the way they speak, they are cold and scare us when they go to diagnose. They charge several expensive exams, all procedures, in fact, are very expensive. But it has a great structure, very complete even in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não recomendo, o atendimento é horrível, a atendente é péssima, de vdd, perdeu um cliente pelo atendimento de entrada, a pessoa entra lá parece que ta pedindo um favor pra entrar lá ou dar banho no cachorro.... Tinha tudo pra ser ótimo mais infelizmente contrata atendentes péssimas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar com uma estrutura boa e atendimento 24hs. Isso salvou nosso gato que teve a cirurgia aberta e precisou fazer nova cirurgia. Nesse quesito dou nota 10. Porém achei o atendimento frio: Nos assustaram dizendo que tava tudo infeccionado e que tinha de fazer nova cirurgia mas não sabia se segurava. Cobraram preços bem altos e ainda tivemos que pagar os remédios por fora sem nenhum tipo de desconto. Enfim, dou a sugestão de serem mais humanos. Se fizerem isso, certamente a clínica ficará mais bem conceituada.
Place with a good structure and 24-hour service. This saved our cat who had the open surgery and needed to have another surgery. In this aspect, I give it a 10. However, I found the service cold: They scared us saying that everything was infected and that I had to undergo a new surgery but I didn't know if I could handle it. They charged very high prices and we still had to pay for the medicine without any kind of discount. Finally, I suggest being more human. If they do this, the clinic will certainly be better regarded.
