Incrivelmente tive problemas com quase todos os fornecedores, menos com a Carioca, pelo contrário, eles me ajudaram a resolver tudo, mesmo o que não era de responsabilidade deles.
Spectacular service! Both sales and after sales were 5 stars. I highly recommend, better experience in all my work. Incredibly, I had problems with almost all suppliers, except Carioca, on the contrary, they helped me solve everything, even what was not their responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso, não cumpriu o prazo de entrega, quando foram tirar as medidas esqueceram de tirar de algumas soleiras. Falei várias vezes com o gerente, ficaram de voltar pra tirar as medidas e não voltaram, demoram a responder as mensagens, isso quando respondem. Não recomendo. Péssima experiência.
Company without commitment, did not meet the delivery deadline, when they went to take the measurements they forgot to take some of the thresholds. I spoke several times with the manager, they kept coming back to take the measurements and they didn't come back, they take a long time to respond to messages, that's when they respond. I do not recommend. Bad experience.
