★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um produto para ser entregue as 15 hs, i as 15:25 apos ligar 6x e ninguem atender, consegui falar com a loja e me disseram que teria que aguardar ate as 18 hs. Mega decepcionado com o atendimento ! Tive otimas referencias da loja, mas na primeira compra já me decepcionei.
 I ordered a product to be delivered at 3:00 p.m., at 3:25 p.m. after calling 6x and no one answered, I was able to talk to the store and they told me that I would have to wait until 6:00 p.m. Mega disappointed with the service! I had great references from the store, but on the first purchase I was already disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido para ser entregue em domicilio. O funcionário que entregou nao estava equipado com nenhum material de segurança: sem mascara, sem luvas, sem alcool gel.
Considero um descuido, falta de responsabilidade social e desrespeito com clientes e com funcionários num momento em que o RJ conta com mais de 100 óbitos oficiais de COVID 19
Fiquei decepcionada, ainda mais com uma loja que se diz preocupada com a saúde e qualidade de vida.
I placed an order to be delivered at home. The employee who delivered it was not equipped with any safety equipment: no mask, no gloves, no alcohol gel.
I consider it a carelessness, lack of social responsibility and disrespect for customers and employees at a time when RJ has more than 100 official deaths from COVID 19
I was disappointed, especially with a store that says it is concerned with health and quality of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem uma variedade incrível, encontro tudo que minha nutri sugere. Faz entregas, chega tudo separadinho, os gelados, dos que não precisam de refrigeração. Então, quando eu não posso ir na loja, sempre peço pelo telefone, apesar de que adoro ver as novidades pessoalmente. Super recomendo.
The store has an incredible variety, I find everything my nutrition suggests. It makes deliveries, everything arrives separately, the ice creams, those that don't need refrigeration. So when I can't go to the store, I always order over the phone, even though I love seeing the news in person. I highly recommend it.

I like the store but the service is complicated at times, the attendants and cashiers are grumpy. I don't know if the salary is low or if they are not trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando cheguei a loja estava vazia com 3 atendentes atrás do balcão e, mesmo eu explicando que queria produtos a granel, demorou para vir alguém me atender. A loja em si é boa, com boa variedade e qualidade dos produtos.
When I arrived, the store was empty with 3 attendants behind the counter and, even though I explained that I wanted bulk products, it took some time for someone to come to meet me. The store itself is good, with good variety and quality of products.

Mais uma vez a loja vendeu produtos com bicho dentro!
Me deram a opção de trocar o produto, preferi o valor pago. Não vou trocar por outro produto que pode ter bicho dentro!
Já foram 2 vezes que isso aconteceu em poucos meses.
I bought a sweet and sour mix of nuts. I stored it in a glass and the next day I saw these little worms inside!
Disgusting.
Once again, the store sold products with an animal inside!
I was given the option to exchange the product, I preferred the amount paid. I'm not going to change it for another product that might have an animal inside!
This has happened twice in a few months.

Nunca tive problemas mas a última vez que fui um funcionário da loja ficou me seguindo, fui fazer uma reclamação com o gerente e venho o dono que foi muito educado e simpático mas deu a péssima justificativa que estava havendo muitos furtos. Infelizmente pelo relato dele todos nós tornamos suspeitos em potencial. Uma pena apesar dos produtos caros era um lugar onde vc achava produtos que não se acha em outro lugar. O dono deveria chamar o funcionário e orienta-lo e não fortalecer um comportamento discriminatório. O engraçado que o funcionário deve ser uma pessoa que deve morar em um lugar carente e deve com certeza ter passado na vida por várias discriminações, teoricamente teria que ter mais respeito com o próximo.
I was a regular customer of the carioca zen. I never had any problems but the last time I was a store employee followed me, I went to make a complaint with the manager and I came to the owner who was very polite and friendly but gave the bad justification that there were a lot of thefts. Unfortunately from his account we all became potential suspects. A pity despite the expensive products, it was a place where you could find products that you can't find anywhere else. The owner should call the employee and guide him and not encourage discriminatory behavior. The funny thing is that the employee must be a person who must live in a needy place and must certainly have gone through several discriminations in his life, theoretically he would have to have more respect for others.
