★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cunhado comprou um Fox rio 2016, após a venda o veiculo apresentou alguns problemas, a loja não deu o suporte adequando alegando que não cobre garantia de outros itens que não for motor e câmbio. Quando anunciam que tem itens como ar-condicionado, direção hidráulica, vidros elétricos e não está funcionando eles não cumprem com as obrigações, deixando o cliente na mão.
Para quem for comprar qualquer carro nesta loja, pense bem se vale a pena passar por tanto constrangimento e falta de respeito.
 My brother-in-law bought a Fox rio 2016, after the sale the vehicle had some problems, the store did not provide adequate support claiming that it does not cover warranty on items other than engine and exchange. When they announce that they have items such as air conditioning, power steering, electric windows and it is not working they do not fulfill their obligations, leaving the customer in the lurch.
For those who are going to buy any car in this store, think well if it is worth going through so much embarrassment and lack of respect.

Comprei um carro lá e me arrependi profundamente.
1 ano com o carro já paguei mais que 3 de tanto problema.
Eu inexperiente não sabia que poderia devolver o carro nos 3 primeiros meses que já começou apresentar vários problemas. Aliás nos primeiros minutos que saí da loja.
Conversei com o dono, e quando disse que estava sem tempo pra mim, decidi nunca mais voltar àquele lugar.
Depender de mim, ninguém mais passa por esse constrangimento todo.
Pena que agente começa a se despertar para os nossos direitos tarde demais.
Percebem que as boas estrelas é dizendo de bom atendimento e carro bonito, mas quando você adquire o produto que vem a decepção.
Realmente me atenderam muito bem antes da compra, e o carro aparentemente perfeito, mas depois que fechei negócio, só decepção.
Não recomendo de jeito maneira alguém cair na lábia desse povo novamente, procurem lugar onde possam conversar mesmo depois de fecharem negócio onde ambas as partes saem satisfeito. Ou fiquem assim, frustrados com sentimento de serem enganados.

I bought a car there and deeply regretted it.
1 year with the car I already paid more than 3 for so much trouble.
I inexperienced did not know that I could return the car in the first 3 months that has already started to present several problems. In fact, in the first few minutes I left the store.
I talked to the owner, and when he said he had no time for me, I decided never to go back to that place.
Depend on me, no one else goes through all this embarrassment.
Too bad we start to wake up to our rights too late.
Realize that good stars is saying good service and beautiful car, but when you purchase the product it comes to disappointment.
They really served me well before the purchase, and the car was apparently perfect, but after I closed the deal, only disappointment.
I do not recommend in any way anyone falling for the lip of this people again, look for a place where they can talk even after closing a deal where both parties leave satisfied. Or be like that, frustrated with the feeling of being cheated.
