Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp num sábado pela manhã, perguntei sobre o endereço e horário e informei que iria comparecer lá mais tarde. Por se tratar de uma barbearia não perguntei (lógico) se estava fazendo barba. No mesmo dia algumas horas depois compareci lá e quem me atendeu informou que não estavam fazendo barba pois quem sabia fazer estava doente. Eu fui de longe até lá pois moro distante, peguei chuva pra no final não ser atendido. Esse tipo de informação teria que partir da barbearia pela página no Instagram, ou pelo whatsapp quando entrei em contato.
My first experience was terrible, because it didn't. I got in touch via WhatsApp on a Saturday morning, asked about the address and time and informed that I would be there later. As it is a barbershop I didn't ask (of course) if he was shaving. On the same day a few hours later I went there and the person who attended me informed that they were not shaving because whoever knew how to shave was ill. I went there from far away because I live far away, I took rain so I wouldn't be attended to in the end. This type of information would have to come from the barbershop through the Instagram page, or through whatsapp when I got in touch.
