Alegam que após 3 meses não se responsabilizam por nada, mesmo tendo sido prometida a solução do problema para mais de 01 ano. Não forneceram nota nem ordem de serviço. Atendente alega não ter cadastro para identificar a OS. Falta de respeito ao consumidor. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
 Terrible phone service. He was a customer. They provided a service that soon lost its effect. They claim that after 3 months they are not responsible for anything, even though the solution to the problem has been promised for more than 01 year. Did not provide note or work order. Clerk claims not to have a record to identify the OS. Lack of respect for the consumer. I don't recommend it at all.
