Professor ético e profissional e os colegas de treino pacientes e respeitosos, o que era uma das minhas maiores preocupações. Super recomendo para todos, principalmente para mulheres que desejam começar também.
 I am a beginner in the sport and a woman. So naturally I was a little insecure to start. But I "found" myself at the gym. Ethical and professional teacher and patient and respectful training colleagues, which was one of my biggest concerns. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially for women who want to start too.

Com a conveniência de estar localizada dentro do clube Pau Ferro, onde também jogo uma tradicional pelada com os amigos há 13 anos, tive a felicidade de conhecer o mestre Egidio faz três anos, quem me recebeu muito bem e me acolheu como parte da familia. Sim, aqui somos uma família onde além da arte suave, aprendemos a respeitar o próximo.
Sendo você competidor ou não, indico como um local onde irá aprender o jiu jitsu raiz do mestre Carlson, e que acima de qualquer disputa vem a amizade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia sensacional com os melhores mestres! Mestre Egídio é um exemplo de lutador e também de ser humano, ensina jiu-jítsu como nunca vi em nenhuma outra academia. Está sempre presente dando os toques e incentivando - o que faz toda a diferença.
Há somente pessoas gentis e dispostas a ajudar (fazer amizades e a coisa mais fácil). Local também de crescimento mental, onde se aprendem os mais diversos valores. Todos são muito bem acolhidos, incluindo crianças e mulheres - o respeito é o principal pilar.
Recomendo aos que quiserem aprender muito e se divertir, pois é assim que todos se sentem lá.
Sensational gym with the best masters! Mestre Egídio is an example of a fighter and also a human being, he teaches jiu-jitsu like I have never seen in any other academy. It is always there, giving the touches and encouraging - which makes all the difference.
There are only kind and willing people to help (making friends and the easy thing). Also a place of mental growth, where the most diverse values are learned. Everyone is very well received, including children and women - respect is the main pillar.
I recommend it to those who want to learn a lot and have fun, because that's how everyone feels there.
