Fizeram um preço super justo pelos 4 serviços e não inventaram nada além do que eu pedi pra fazer. Recomendadíssimo
 They made 4 small repairs in 2 hours, no waiting at all. Super attentive. I'm usually afraid to go to places that use cars alone, because I don't understand anything about mechanics or electric cars. They made a super fair price for the 4 services and didn't invent anything other than what I asked to do. highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente a mais de 20 anos sempre fiz questão de quando necessário fazer todo tipo de nessa loja...moro no interior de São Paulo...e fui só pra lá colocolocar uns equipamentos como farol de milha e engate....,o instalador dpi péssimo...vou ter q mandar a tefazer tudo de novo......nunca mais coloco meus pé nessa loja...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de 10 anos conheço essa loja, por ser próximo da minha residência. Já fiz diversos serviços lá. Insufilm, envelopamento, instalação de equipamentos de som e central multimídia, engate, farol de milha, sensor estacionamento, câmera de ré, jogo de rodas, etc, em mais de 3 veículos meus.
Infelizmente, nem sempre minhas experiências foram boas. O preço que a loja pratica é elevado, o mais alto entre todas lojas na região, portanto espera-se ser bem atendido e ter qualidade no serviço. Na ocasião do envelopamento, o funcionário conseguiu danificar meu parachoque, por total falta de cuidado usando a espátula. E também mentiram sobre a marca do vinil, informaram ser Oracal ( produto referência de marca alemã) e na hora de instalar vi que era outra marca qualquer xingling..
Em outras situações na loja, os serviços foram bem executados, principalmente na parte de som, porém muitas vezes fui atendido por funcionários EXTREMAMENTE emburrecidos e desagradáveis, principalmente os funcionários mais antigos da loja.
Em outra situação, tive um produto que apresentou defeito, e na hora de retirar o produto e devolver o valor pago, o atendimento foi lamentável e desrespeitoso. Outro problema é que nem sempre os funcionários tem materiais de trabalhos adequados, quando fui instalar central multímidia, pedi para tomar cuidado ao desmontar o painel para evitar marcas, dois minutos depois o funcionário apareceu com uma espatula gigante pra enfiar em um espaço mínusculo para retirar a saída de ar do painel, e resultado? Deixou o painel com marcas...
Resumindo, minha experiência de mais de 10 anos na loja foi pouco satisfatória. Espero que melhorias sejam efetuadas, principalmente na questão do atendimento e respeito dos funcionários.
I have known this store for over 10 years, as it is close to my residence. I've done several services there. Insufilm, enveloping, installation of sound equipment and multimedia center, coupling, mile light, parking sensor, reverse camera, wheel set, etc., in more than 3 vehicles of mine.
Unfortunately, my experiences were not always good. The price that the store practices is high, the highest among all stores in the region, so it is expected to be well attended and have quality service. At the time of wrapping, the employee managed to damage my bumper, due to total lack of care using the spatula. And they also lied about the vinyl brand, they said it was Oracal (a German brand reference product) and when I installed it I saw that it was another brand any xingling.
In other situations in the store, the services were well executed, mainly in the sound part, however many times I was attended by EXTREMELY dull and unpleasant employees, mainly the older employees of the store.
In another situation, I had a product that was defective, and when it was time to remove the product and return the amount paid, the service was regrettable and disrespectful. Another problem is that the employees do not always have adequate work materials, when I went to install a multimedia center, I asked to be careful when disassembling the panel to avoid marks, two minutes later the employee appeared with a giant spatula to stick it in a tiny space to remove the air outlet of the panel, and result? Left the panel with marks ...
In short, my experience of more than 10 years in the store was unsatisfactory. I hope that improvements will be made, especially in terms of service and respect for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei pela instalação de uma película nano cerâmica no para brisa do meu carro, e ficou muito mal instalada, com várias dobras nas bordas. Retornei após 2 dias para corrigirem, e não conseguiram arrumar, em alguns pontos ficou até pior. Não recomendo.
