Primeiro insistem em não passar uma data para entrega do carro. Informei que faria uma viagem de 10 dias (tempo mais que suficiente para o serviço, sendo que as peças já estavam na oficina). O dono garantiu que o carro estaria pronto no meu retorno. Resultado: o carro estava na mesma e levou ainda dias para o serviço ficar pronto. E veio com um polimento bem bost@ que ainda manchou o banco do carro.

First, they insist on not giving a car delivery date. I informed that I would make a 10-day trip (more than enough time for the service, as the parts were already in the workshop). The owner assured me that the car would be ready on my return. Result: the car was the same and it took days for the service to be ready. And it came with a very bad polish that still stained the car seat.

Abri um sinistro junto a seguradora e já foi feita a vistoria no dia 13/04 (cerca de 20 dias praticamente) e nem se quer agendaram o meu reparo, as peças chegaram no dia 25 e hoje dia 29, não tem agenda para arrumarem meu carro e tão pouco terá no dia 06/05, pois só agendam de sexta-feira os reparos. Além do mais, tem carros na minha frente para concerto. Péssimo isso, fui prejudicada, com o carro quebrado, desalinhado e nem se quer está na oficina. Já abri reclamação junto a seguradora, pois isso não se faz com cliente algum!!

I opened a claim with the insurance company and the inspection was already carried out on 04/13 (about 20 days practically) and they didn't even schedule my repair, the parts arrived on the 25th and today the 29th, there is no schedule to fix my car and will have little on the 06/05th, as repairs are only scheduled on Friday. Besides, there are cars in front of me for a concert. That's a bad thing, I was harmed, with the car broken, misaligned and not even in the workshop. I have already opened a claim with the insurance company, because this is not done with any customer!!
