★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medica tem ótimas referências mas não digo o mesmo da secretária que tem uma cabeça muito esquecida e não lembra das consultas fazendo grande confusão, aconteceu comigo hoje e com uma outra cliente, alem de chegar tarde ao consultório . Enfim fiquei 4 horas no consultório e não consegui ser consultada, um desrespeito. Acredito que a secretária está precisando de aposentadoria
The doctor has great references but I do not say the same of the secretary who has a head very forgetful and does not remember the consultations making great confusion, happened to me today and another client, in addition to being late to the office. Finally I spent 4 hours in the office and could not be consulted, a disrespect. I believe the secretary is in need of retirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, fiquei 2 meses pra conseguir saber se ela atendia ou não pelo plano, quando marquei de colocar o DIU, cheguei para a consulta na hora (13h30) marcada e a dra havia acabado de sair pra almoçar, esperei o retorno dela (14h45). Ao entrar ela me comunicou que estava sem o instrumento necessário pra colocação. Ou seja, viajem perdida, 1h15 de espera em vão e não consegui colocar o DIU.
Se tudo isso não bastasse, sugeri que ela procurasse por uma secretária nova, e a dra estupidamente me respondeu que quem decidia a secretária que trabalha com ela era a própria. Mostrei toda a conversa que tive com a secretária no whatsapp como prova e ela não podia fazer nada, nem um pedido de desculpas recebi. Zero respeito ao paciente.
My experience was terrible, I stayed 2 months to find out whether or not she attended the plan, when I checked to place the IUD, I arrived at the appointment at 1:30 pm and the doctor had just left for lunch, I waited for her return (2:45 p.m.). Upon entering she informed me that I was without the necessary instrument for placement. That is, travel lost, 1h15 waiting in vain and could not place the IUD.
If all this was not enough, I suggested that she look for a new secretary, and she stupidly replied that the secretary who worked with her was her own. I showed all the talk I had with the secretary on whatsapp as proof and she could not do anything, nor did I apologize. Zero respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adorei a médica, mais acho um desserviço ficar esperando 3h pra ser atendida, a secretária me marcou as 18h e a médica só deve me atender la pras 20h, acho que ela deveria pedir a secretária pra avisar que ta atrasada, pq não tenho 3h pra perder e ficar esperando sem fazer nada na sala de espera, cheguei e tinha umas 8 pessoas, to ficando agoniada sem fazer nada e tendo que esperar pra resolver o meu problema.
I loved the doctor, but I think it's a disservice to wait 3 hours to be seen, the secretary scheduled me at 18:00 and the doctor should only see me there at 20:00, I think she should ask the secretary to let her know she's late, because I don't have 3 hours to lose and wait without doing anything in the waiting room, I arrived and there were about 8 people, I'm getting sick of doing nothing and having to wait to solve my problem.
