★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domingo fiz um pedido pelo ifood, depois de 2 horas de atraso e sem conseguir contato com o restaurante por telefone (só dava ocupado) e pelo chat (ninguém respondia), meu namorado foi até o estabelecimento ver o que tinha acontecido.
Quando ele chegou, o restaurante estava vazio e eles não tinham nem começado a preparar meu pedido. O telefone estava fora do gancho, por isso dava ocupado.
Quem estava lá não foi capaz de admitir o erro e ainda quis culpar o motoboy. Sendo que minha marmita nem tinha começado a ser preparada, depois de DUAS horas. Ou seja, se meu namorado não tivesse ido lá, eles ficariam com o dinheiro e não mandariam meu almoço.
Achei extremamente desrespeitoso, tanto pelo atraso e falta de cuidado, como na falta de tato e inteligência ao lidar com o cliente. Todos a quem contei o ocorrido acharam um absurdo. Nunca mais peço e repassarei o caso pra todos que conhecer.
Sunday I made an order through ifood, after 2 hours of delay and without being able to contact the restaurant by phone (it was only busy) and by chat (no one answered), my boyfriend went to the establishment to see what had happened.
When he arrived, the restaurant was empty and they hadn't even started to prepare my order. The phone was off the hook, so it was busy.
Whoever was there was not able to admit the error and still wanted to blame the courier. Since my lunch box hadn't even started to be prepared after TWO hours. In other words, if my boyfriend hadn't gone there, they would have taken the money and wouldn't send my lunch.
I found it extremely disrespectful, both because of the delay and lack of care, as well as the lack of tact and intelligence when dealing with the client. Everyone I told what happened thought it was absurd. I never ask again and I will pass the case on to everyone I know.

Terrible, I waited 35 minutes for a horrible filet a Parmigiana that I didn't have the courage to eat, I paid and left. Get out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida boa e de qualidade! Fiz este comentário há 1 ano, infelizmente, hoje tive que mudar a avaliação, mas por conta do atendimento! Que pessoa mais grossa a sra do caixa! Minha experiência com o que ela fez comigo e com os funcionários me fez decidir nunca mais voltar. Já havia observado que ela não tratava bem as pessoas, mas dessa vez estava envolvido na situação. Oh, e pela rotatividade dos funcionários é perceptível que deve ser um ambiente do cão trabalhar com essa mulher! Psiu, volto mais não!
