Comprei a primeira vez, reclamei, trocaram. Passou um bom tempo até eu voltar a comprar lá. Fui semana passada, comprei, e adivinha... o picadinho continua a mesma coisa. Horrível!
The 1 st chop of Elisa's Meat House has more nerve than the 2 nd chop of Formosa.
Bought the first time, complained, exchanged. It was a long time before I went shopping there again. I went last week, bought it, and guess what ... the mincemeat is still the same. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dona não arca com suas responsabilidades com o consumidor. A carne terceirizada vendida não é de boa qualidade (e ela diz não se responsabilizar por produtos de terceiros vendidos na loja dela). É um descaso com o cliente. Péssimo atendimento.
The owner does not bear her responsibilities to the consumer. The outsourced meat sold is not of good quality (and she says she is not responsible for third party products sold in her store). It is a disregard for the customer. Terrible attendance.
