A mesma não quis nem mesmo transferir a ligação. Gostaria de deixar bem exposto a todos minha frustração ao entrar em contato com uma empresa tão grande e ser tão distratado. Se a recepção é assim, imagina os outros setores da empresa, não quero imaginar.
I contacted the company in order to answer some questions and was answered by the receptionist named Karina. It was extremely arrogant for free.
She didn't even want to transfer the connection. I would like to make my frustration well exposed to contacting such a large company and being so distracted. If the reception is like this, imagine the other sectors of the company, I don't want to imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem 25 anos que trabalhamos no ramo do plástico, já compramos diversas marcas durante todos esses anos. A Carnevalli com certeza foi a pior de todas... Assistencia técnica horrível e arrogante! A máquina era para 650 kg h e não passa de 200 kg h, alto consumo de energia, demanda grande número de pessoas para operar e a contra resposta é 200 kg h! Pior empresa que já negociei... inacreditável!! Antes de comprar sua Carnevalli ligue para mim! A Carnevalli está quebrando minha empresa!!
We have been working in the plastic business for 25 years, we have bought several brands over the years. Carnevalli was certainly the worst of all ... Horrible and arrogant technical assistance! The machine was for 650 kg h and does not exceed 200 kg h, high energy consumption, demands a large number of people to operate and the counter response is 200 kg h! Worst company I've ever negotiated ... unbelievable !! Before you buy your Carnevalli call me! Carnevalli is breaking my company !!

1. Me passaram que o serviço levaria um dia e levou mais de um mês porque "achavam" que tinham a peça em estoque antes da aprovação do orçamento.
2. Tivemos que comprar bronze bruto e enviar para eles fazerem a peça porque eles afirmavam que o fornecedor deles não tinha previsão para envio do material.
3. Atendimento do financeiro EXTREMAMENTE grosseiro.
4. Mesmo repetindo diversas vezes que eu precisava da peça com extrema urgência. Esqueceram de chamar o frete após indicarmos qual seria o frete, atrasando ainda mais.
5. E quando enviaram, não lembraram de pegar o código do frete nos deixando sem nenhuma forma de rastreio da nossa peça.
6. Atenderam com grosseria quando nosso técnico avisou eles que a peça não encaixava na nossa máquina.
Bad experience with the company. Listing I can say:
1. I was told that the service would take a day and took more than a month because they "thought" they had the part in stock before the budget was approved.
2. We had to buy rough bronze and send them to do the part because they said that their supplier had no provision for sending the material.
3. Service from the EXTREMELY rude financial officer.
4. Even though I repeated several times that I needed the piece with extreme urgency. They forgot to call the freight after indicating what the freight would be, delaying even more.
5. And when they sent it, they didn't remember to pick up the shipping code leaving us with no way of tracking our piece.
6. They answered with rudeness when our technician warned them that the part did not fit our machine.
