O gerente me propôs EU dar mais 50 reais pra me dar um novo mesmo eu tendo pago 180 reais e ainda estar pagando o produto.
Me senti lesado e achei o atendimento péssimo. Não compro mais e não recomendo.
 I bought a headset one day and it broke the next and they didn't want to exchange it even though it was under warranty.
The manager proposed that I give another 50 reais to give me a new one even though I paid 180 reais and I'm still paying for the product.
I felt cheated and thought the service was terrible. I will not buy again and do not recommend.
