★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era minha pizzaria favorita, mas infelizmente trocaram de dono, assim tirando várias pizzas excelentes do cardápio e tirando o método que pagamento que eu costumava usar.
It was my favorite pizza place, but unfortunately they changed hands, thus taking a lot of great pizzas off the menu and taking away the payment method I used to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que acontece que a entrega da pizza de 40 min passou para mais de 1h30. O pior é vc ligar a cada 15m e ainda ouvir que sua pizza já saiu. Descaso total.
I don't know what happens that the 40 min pizza delivery has gone over 1:30. The worst thing is you call every 15m and still hear that your pizza is out. Total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi duas pizzas ontem, 28.05, e elas simplesmente não chegaram. Inicialmente, falaram que levaria cerca de 55 min pra ficar pronto. Ok, afinal era um sábado à noite. Mas depois de 1h30min, eu perguntei no atendimento deles quanto tempo mais levaria e eles nem me responderam mais. O detalhe: eu tinha alguns convidados em casa e tivemos que nos virar para comer qualquer outra coisa pq a pizza não veio!!! Decepcionante e não recomendo a Carol Pizzaria para ninguém em razão desse descaso enorme!!
I ordered two pizzas yesterday, 28.05, and they just didn't arrive. Initially, they said it would take about 55 minutes to get ready. Okay, after all it was a Saturday night. But after 1h30min, I asked their customer service how much longer it would take and they didn't even answer me anymore. The detail: I had some guests at home and we had to turn around to eat something else because the pizza didn't come!!! Disappointing and I don't recommend Carol Pizzaria to anyone because of this huge neglect!!
