★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado e com péssima qualidade. Uma padaria não conseguiu servir um pão na chapa, 1 capuccino e uma coxinha em 25 minutos que ficamos sentados na mesa. Desistimos do pedido quando após esses 25 minutos vieram nos avisar que não tinham a coxinha. Não recomendo, pelo local e pelo valor deveriam ser mais rápidos e muito mais respeitosos com seus clientes.
 Slow service and poor quality. A bakery couldn't serve a loaf of bread, 1 cappuccino and a coxinha in 25 minutes that we were seated at the table. We gave up on the order when after these 25 minutes they came to tell us that they didn't have the coxinha. I do not recommend, for the location and value they should be faster and much more respectful with their customers.

Mas o que me espantou foi a qualidade dos produtos pelo custo benefício.
Péssimos. Visto que o estabelecimento encontra-se em uma área nobre de Sorocaba, esperava muito mais do Donuts. Produto poderia ser chamado de outro nome, pois não faz referência ao original.
Quanto ao espaço muito bem disposto.
Precisa melhorar muito, talvez uma gerência ativa principalmente quanto a qualidade dos produtos, seja eficaz.

But what surprised me was the quality of the products for the cost benefit.
Terrible. Since the establishment is located in a prime area of Sorocaba, I expected much more from Donuts. Product could be called another name as it does not refer to the original.
As for the space very well arranged.
It needs to improve a lot, maybe an active management, mainly regarding the quality of the products, will be effective.
