A dieta prescrita por ela segue exatamente o que a paciente necessita adequar no momento para atingir o objetivo desejado . Os planos alimentares que recebi foram fáceis para seguir, comida de verdade mesmo, sem passar fome ou vontades. Tive um acompanhamento fantástico com ela. Sempre pronta a nos atender e adequar nosso plano de acordo com a necessidade, seja por deficiências de ferro, vitaminas ou problemas de saúde, no meu caso esteatose hepática. A consulta vai muito além de uma mera consulta, ela valoriza o conhecer a paciente e seus hábitos e gostos e assim montar um plano adequado. Muito satisfeita com o atendimento da Caroline. Parabéns .
 Nutritionist Caroline Vallinhos serves with great affection, helpfulness and dedication. The diet prescribed by her follows exactly what the patient needs to adapt at the time to achieve the desired goal. The food plans I got were easy to follow, real food really, no hunger or cravings. I had a fantastic follow-up with her. Always ready to assist us and adapt our plan as needed, whether due to iron or vitamin deficiencies or health problems, in my case, hepatic steatosis. The consultation goes far beyond a mere consultation, it values knowing the patient and her habits and tastes, thus putting together an adequate plan. Very satisfied with Caroline's service.
